FE fundinfo in the community

As a responsible employer, we strongly believe that the long-term future of the organisation is best served by respecting the interests of all our stakeholders: employees, clients, suppliers and the wider community.

We're committed to adhering to the Modern-Day Slavery Act 2015 across our offices, adopting the core values to protect and defend human dignity and human rights in our global business practices and supply chain.

We actively look for opportunities to improve the environment and contribute to the wellbeing of the communities in which we operate. Our CSR policy sets out the principles we follow and the programmes we have developed to focus on the areas where we have significant impact or influence.

The UK in the community

Our charity committee takes time to understand which local charities are making a real difference to lives within the community and assigns quarterly donations appropriately.

Some of our charity events throughout the year, include netball and football tournaments, running events, bake sales and spinathons are some of the ways we get behind good causes.

Luxembourg in the community

Our end of year cards sent out to contacts and clients are bought from a local artist who has partnered with UNICEF.

India in the community

As a part of the corporate social responsibility, we have been a part of few initiatives where we have shown our concern towards, the underprivileged by contributing in various ways.  To feel as one with the other sections of the society, we have donated clothes, time and efforts to others in adverse situations.

In the month of November 2018, our employees celebrated Diwali, the festival of lights, with a difference. In addition to sharing joy with our employees, all our employees donated clothes to the inmates of Udhavum Karangal, a shelter home that houses and serves underprivileged people. Donations were received by the representatives and inmates with an emotion of gratitude and genuine happiness.

FE also contributed to the disaster relief fund, for Kerala floods in the year 2018.

For CSR donations in the year 2018, we also identified key institutions that serve marginalized sections of the society. The following are the details:

An amount of INR 16,00000 has been disbursed in the year 2018 towards corporate social responsibility.

Apart from giving away the funds, our employees also spent time with the people at these institutions, engaged with them and had meaningful interactions. A lot of employees have expressed overwhelming feelings of peace after having spent time with these people.

In the year 2019, we celebrated World Environment Day, taking cognizance of our role towards environment preservation. We gave away saplings to each of our employees and encouraged them to plant these.
