FE fundinfo is looking for a passionate and energetic Events Executive to help manage and perfect our portfolio of industry-leading B2B events for Australia's premier financial services media and events business. The successful candidate will also help to grow and strengthen our audience database, as well as build brand awareness for FE fundinfo’s products and services.

This role is integral to FE fundinfo, as we grow our presence in Australia by offering outstanding events, media, products and services to Australia’s wealth management sector. Each year, our industry-leading publications, Money Management and Super Review host a suite of conferences/webinar series and awards ceremony. The Events Executive will overlook all events from beginning to end.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Recent graduate marketing or events graduate or a few years' experience in managing and executing B2B events
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Experience in sponsor management and budget management - (preferred, but not essential)
  • Formal qualifications in Marketing and/or events management
  • Marketing experience preferably in the B2B / Financial Services
  • Experience in Social Media management and promotion
  • Good working knowledge of the Digital Media space
  • Experience with event registrations platforms (eg: Cvent)
  • Experience with digital event platforms (e.g. On24, Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub)
  • Experience hosting virtual events and comfortable operating live stream equipment and software (eg: cameras, audio mixer, Vmix streaming software)
  • Experience using marketing automation & email platforms (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Mailchimp) and reporting tools (preferred, but not essential)
  • Interpretation of Analytics (preferred, but not essential)
  • Salesforce (preferred, but not essential)
