FE Invest - Sales Team Leader

We are looking to create 2 Team Leader Positions within FEI Sales, each role will report to the Head of Advisor Sales. These new positions will complement the UK being split into 2 major territories, with existing regions being designated to each of the new divisions.

We are looking to create 2 Team Leader Positions within FEI Sales, each role will report to the Head of Advisor Sales.  These new positions will complement the UK being split into 2 major territories, with existing regions being designated to each of the new divisions.

The first region will include a combination of Scotland & N Ireland, North East, North West, Midlands and East England.  The second Region will combine South West, South East and London and will be known as ‘South’. Each Team Leader of the subdivisions will also have their region within that territory.

The successful candidate will manage all the FEI Sales Managers within their territory, along with 1 -1.5 Digital BDR.

Role

  • Client facing, team leadership in Adviser space and responsible for own portfolio of key client accounts
  • Define and execute divisional strategy,
  • Key relationships with marketing & propositions
  • Drive execution of GTM campaigns
  • Coach and develop sales teams
  • Build customer outcome/ success culture

Responsibilities

  • Bringing the best out of each individual and creating a winning environment by regularly providing positive praise and recognition of individual and team success
  • Regular 1 -2-1s and conducting Appraisals with your team
  • Achieve bookings target, primarily X-sell own and Team AUM target
  • Retain and grow the AUM of existing clients
  • Develop senior level client and ecosystem relationships.
  • Manage and support existing clients
  • Create and drive campaigns to deliver target set by company
  • Retain and grow the AUM of existing clients
  • Negotiating terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Preparing business presentations – content and delivery
  • Adhere to internal and external compliance procedures
  • Provide support to members of team with knowledge to ensure opportunities presented are maximised and joint targets are reached
  • Record activity and update information on CRM
  • Deliver Feedback to Internal proposition team to continually enhance and create new products
  • Manage forecast & align to revenue
  • Feedback loop into propositions team to drive innovation
  • Attend and represent the company at marketing, conferences and Industry events
