FE fundinfo is looking to extend the Australian team with a Product Consultant to work with the project delivery teams and our client with financial services.

In this role you will be an important contributor to deliver client projects and an integral part in ensuring that our clients have a successful product adoption process.

This is a great opportunity for a logical minded problem solver to join the growing team in Sydney.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Delivering client projects
  • Creating and implementing client customised data solutions within our service offerings
  • Working closely with internal teams based across the globe. This primarily includes teams with Product, Design, Data, and Support
  • Quickly build an understanding of FE fundinfo products and become familiar with the FE fundinfo database

Suitable candidates will be

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and approaching complex tasks with a logical approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable, able to make and maintain strong relationships with clients and across teams
  • Able to easily grasp technical concepts along with interest to increase knowledge
  • Comfortable to work independently and a as part of a team, also on a virtual basis across multi-office environments
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office products, mainly Excel and Word
  • Willing to attend international training, should this be placed outside of Australia
  • Able to provide evidence of their right to work in Australia

The following experience would be advantageous

  • Experienced in juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experienced in stakeholder management
  • Experience in solving logical problems
