We are currently recruiting for a Product Strategy Manager to join our team in Woking or London (hybrid working).

We’re looking for someone to lead our proposition development and strategy within our Financial Adviser Proposition. The ideal candidate would have a deep knowledge of the mutual fund industry, a proven track record of researching and taking new initiatives to market, and excellent commercial awareness.
Your key responsibilities as a Product Strategy Manager will include:
- Representing the company at networking events
- Being a spokesperson for the business - producing written content and recording videos, as well as speaking at industry events
- Conducting research interviews of existing clients, prospective clients, competitors, consultants etc
- Launching new propositions aimed at Financial Advisers, acting as the ‘champion’ of the proposition within the company
- Creating and presenting business cases to the FE fundinfo management team
- Providing input on key initiatives addressing product strategy and profitability objectives
- Creating client orientated packages built around different roles
- Working with the Head of Proposition to define FE fundinfo’s 3 and 5-year client vision, using quant-based analysis to establish priorities for product roadmaps
- Ownership of pricing, margin management and pricing strategy for new and existing clients
- Supporting FE fundinfo’s strategy for international expansion by researching and understanding the diversity of different jurisdictions and different needs across Europe, Asia and Australasia
To join our team as a Product Strategy Manager, you will need the following skills and experience:
- You must be a Chartered Financial Planner, Financial Advisor or similar
- You must have solid experience in or exposure to financial advisor technology
- You must have a good understanding of the investment industry
- You will ideally come from a consultancy, propositions or product background
- You will ideally have commercial or proposition development experience in a B2B environment
- You will ideally have an understanding of building propositions based on value and not price
- You must have excellent commercial instincts, strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrable analytical and presentation skills
