Product

About the role
As a project manager (PM) you will be responsible managing key client projects at FE fundinfo. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the central point for all communication, ensuring good project organisation and clear tracking of the timeline.
You will work together with multiple individuals and teams both internally and externally therefore will need to be an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Ensuring that all Project Documentation is created, monitored and maintained throughout the life of the project, including (but not limited to):
- Project Plans
- RAID/Action Logs
- Project Documentation
- BAU Handover Documentation
- Leading project meetings, maintaining action logs and sending email follow ups to inform the project team and clients of the decisions made and actions to carry out following the meeting
- Update key stakeholders on project process and reporting
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. This includes reviewing resource used in projects to date and assess the overall project completion.
- Chair client calls/meetings
- Review project processes and documentation for improvement and refinement where appropriate
- Lead client feedback at end of project
Key Skills:
As a Project Manager, you will have excellent organisational and project management skills, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and synthesise complex information. Strong personal engagement skills are vital, as is the ability to gain trust and credibility with both clients and colleagues across the company. In order to demonstrate an ability to meet the roles and responsibilities above, the successful applicant must have the following:
- Project certification, Prince2, Agile PM (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and French
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of different development approaches (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
- Experience in the fintech/financial services industry beneficial but not crucial
- Experienced in running multiple projects of varying size and related budgets
- Able to adapt project approach to relevant project, within the boundaries of the company framework
