Sales Operations Manager / Analyst

Position Summary 

We are seeking one Fixed Term Contract (12 months plus) Sales Operations Manager / Analyst role available based in our London office.

The Sales Operations Manager / Analyst will work with commercially minded Sales Operations Specialists who represent the cornerstone of our sales operation at FE fundinfo with the ability to bring sales, account management, processes and workflows together and to create efficient ways of working to maximise commercial output.

Our aim as a team is to extract longer term value and success from our client accounts by ensuring we have efficient CRM processes that are sustainable for long term account development.  This will be achieved by creating and developing processes and communication between our financial and commercial functions.

As a team, we will manage team productivity, simplify processes, and drive value from reporting and automation. Each team member should have a strong handle on account governance, team pipelines, quality management and a strong understanding of our client products and commercial strategies.

  • Adviser Sales
  • Account Managers
  • Reporting provided and requested by the FE fundinfo Exec. team 

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience of organising sales teams’ operations
  • Excellent understanding of CRM software
  • Analytics and reporting expertise
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Educated to Degree Level
  • Strong ability to align technical concepts & features to business needs
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Building and maintaining relationships at most senior levels with assigned accounts
  • Strong communications skills (written & verbal)
  • High level escalation management
  • Able to anticipate and identify ill-defined problems/issues
  • Management / ownership of systems and processes to identify improvements that can be implemented to drive efficiencies and automation across systems and teams
  • Good level of knowledge and understanding of our data, processes, and key systems to base to be able to mentor individuals within the team
  • A “can do attitude” and able to see the bigger picture
  • Promotes a collaborative environment and is approachable and positive
  • A person who always looks for ways to improve and is proactive, whether that be better processes or better ways of achieving team goals – dynamic and creative thinker
  • Effective communicator and active listening skills (ensure everyone understands and is on-task to meet team goals and understand concepts)
  • A clear communicator and can manage and motivate team members to meet deadlines and act as a point of escalation as necessary
  • Experience working in collaboration with offshore teams. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stake holders but able to challenge the status quo.
  • Identify the areas where development is required to ensure the team’s knowledge is shared and up to date
  • Aid in resolving issues on the team’s behalf and ensuring team Fusion queue is monitored and cases managed through to completion
  • Ensure Fusion Pipeline & Churn details are in order on monthly/ quarterly basis and contracts are aligned/ in place.
  • Ensure Dashboards are accurate for reporting purposes at group level
