Job Description

FE fundinfo has an opening for a Scrum Master. The role will involve working with fund information to help power FE fundinfo’s products and client deliveries.

The job role will entail:

  • Guide the team towards improving the way they work and encourage the team to be self-organizing and innovative.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ensure cross-team coordination and remove impediments when necessary.
  • Liaise between architects, developers, testers, and UX designers.
  • Support Service Delivery Managers and Product Managers by ensuring that all members of the Scrum team understand our goals, scope, and product domain.
  • Communicate and support vision and draw roadmaps for the product family.
  • Help to keep the backlog prioritized, refined and up to date.
  • Act as a champion of Agile methodologies for the team and within the organization.
  • Support the transition of the SCRUM unit to a DevOps model and be part of it.
  • Coach and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • You are a certified SCRUM master.
  • You have prior experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile, technical environment required.
  • You are communicative, facilitative, assertive, and have the ability to bring transparency to team development.
  • You have very good verbal and written English proficiency (B2 and above).
  • Experience with the DevOps methodology a plus.
