FE fundinfo adds Irish tax modelling to Nexus for Financial Advisers, extending its connected platform into Ireland

Following last week's confirmation that Nexus for Financial Advisers is bringing the entire advice journey into one AI-powered platform, with more than 25 new capabilities landing this year, FE fundinfo has launched a dedicated Irish Gross Cashflow modeller within Nexus for Financial Advisers, extending its comprehensive, end-to-end approach to cashflow planning.

London, 20 August 2026 - FE fundinfo today extended Nexus for Financial Advisers into the Republic of Ireland, with a dedicated Gross Cashflow modeller bringing built-in tax-aware planning to advisers in the market.

For Irish advisers, genuinely tax-aware financial planning has long meant working around the tools available. The Irish tax system is complex, and few cashflow tools have handled it properly, leaving advisers little choice but to rely on a patchwork of spreadsheets, manual calculations and tax conversations referred elsewhere.

FE fundinfo changes that today, with Irish tax functionality purpose-built for the market. Advisers can now offer greater value and have deeper conversations around tax with clients, without having to do manual calculations.

Key capabilities include:

  • Dedicated Irish forecasting: Sits alongside the existing net Cashflow Modeller, allowing advisers to create, manage and import Irish gross forecasts as a separate forecast type while retaining existing forecasts.
  • Built-in Irish tax engine: Applies Irish Income Tax, USC, PRSI, pension contribution relief, pension lump-sum taxation, ARF and Vested PRSA drawdown, Capital Gains Tax, Exit Tax & Deemed Disposals, Deposit Interest Retention Tax (DIRT) and the Insurance Bond levy throughout the forecast.
  • Irish-specific planning inputs: Captures Irish terminology, euro currency, tax assessment types, tax credits and pension rules.
  • Connected client data: Empowers advisers to build forecasts by importing existing client assets and pensions directly from information captured in Nexus Assistant and investment research, starting each forecast from the client's existing financial position.
  • Client-ready reporting: Supports financial advisers to create yearly breakdowns, charts and exported reports with Irish tax components, calendar-year periods and Irish terminology included.

The Irish Gross Cashflow modeller adds Irish tax treatment to the existing net cashflow modelling within Nexus for Financial Advisers, bolstered by AI-powered, whole-of-market cashflow modelling capabilities planned for delivery later this autumn.

Ishaan Sethi, Head of UK Wealth Products at FE fundinfo, said: "Advisers don't want more software, they want more capacity, and that means technology has to work the way they already do, wherever they're based. Advisers in Ireland have distinct tax and planning requirements, and Irish Gross Cashflow brings those requirements directly into Nexus, giving them accurate, tax-aware forecasts within the same connected workflow, without switching tools or re-keying data.

"Last week, we committed to adding more than 25 new capabilities to Nexus for Financial Advisers by the end of the year, and Irish Gross Cashflow is the latest delivery against that commitment. We're building more of the advice journey into Nexus with every release, giving advisers one connected platform that reflects how they work and the clients they serve."

This launch reflects the wider vision behind Nexus for Financial Advisers, which reimagines how advice firms operate by connecting the data, technology and workflows behind the entire advice journey, so advisers spend less time managing systems and more time with clients.

Within the platform, Nexus Assistant — live for more than 1,000 advisers — automatically prepares for and captures every client meeting, while investment research and cashflow planning are already connected, with AI-generated suitability reporting due this autumn and practice management integration to follow.

Irish Gross Cashflow extends that same connected experience to Irish advisers, giving them a seamless path from tax-aware cashflow planning to investment research and back office, all in one ecosystem.
