Combating regulatory change with cutting-edge technology and expertise
How a leading Luxembourg-based AIFM seamlessly transitioned to the new S3 report submission mechanism

STATISTICS
40% decrease of the client's team's workload
e-file is a powerful platform that allows us to create and submit reports to the CSSF and collect feedback, giving us complete oversight of the entire workflow. The changes deployed by the CSSF meant we needed to adapt quickly to ensure any risks of possible regulatory violations were mitigated. FE fundinfo (Fundsquare) acted promptly to ensure our submission processes remained compliant.
